Travel
Depending on the package, participants and spectators will need to arrive at Club Naval either on Thursday or Friday between 10 am and 2 pm. Departure times need to be scheduled with the charter companies directly. Please email us at info@kzntrailrunning.co.za and we will provide you with the contact details.
Vehicles will have to be parked at the harbor. There will be a parking fee of ~100 MTS (~R25). Please ensure to keep your receipt in safekeeping.
The boat ride to Inhaca is approximately an hour long.
Return trips will be made from Inhaca at 10 am on Sunday morning and you will arrive back at Maputo at 11 am.

Money on the Island
It is recommeded to carry cash as you will need money for drinks, lunch and any other additions you would like to purchase at the island. There is a bank teller on the island, but is not always available. We would suggest drawing money from an ATM in Maputo or at the border crossing.
The Mozambican currency is the metical and the current exchange rate is R1 to ~3.55 MTC.

About Manico and Activities
The camp has a rustic kosi and friendly vibe with a variety of cabins, permanent access to power, ablutions, hot showers, wifi, a swimming pool and a bar area. The camp also hosts a variety of activities including snorkeling, a lighthouse tour, bike hire deep sea fishing and much more.

Note:
Additional activities are at the runners’ or spectators own cost.
